Whenever an assured has a loss, we immediately appoint a loss adjuster who then visits our Assured at the place where the loss occurred.
As we are only 50 minutes away from London Underwriters, we handle all our claims ourselves and guarantee an exceptionally fast and reliable claims service.

Short-term thinking or superficial solutions have no place in our business. At Driesassur we work closely with our clients to develop the ideal parameters and conditions which reduce risks to the absolute minimum. From time to time, however, we are requested to provide quotes for new prospects simply to compare prices and are unable to go into the wording of the policy, which is so essential. What people too often forget is that a policy is not about how much you are insured for, but what you are insured for!
To expand our portfolio of clients, we adhere to the same rule which applies in the diamond trade: Trust. We will only approach those traders whose reputation speaks for itself, or who have been recommended by one of our own clients. For us, the size of an account is not relevant. Far more important is the integrity of the people we work for.
